How can I book this tour?
Please use the online reservation form. Reservations must be done at least 7 days prior to the tour. Once reservation is made you will receive a confirmation email including an e-voucher with your reservation number and our local contact information.
What if weather conditions are bad?
Normally the worst scenario could be rain. Rainy season is from August to September. Although it rarely rains during the daytime, and if so, it only last for short period. We don't cancel due weather conditions.
Is this tour for elderly people?
This tour is meant for people all ages. Kids have plenty of activities to do while their parents relax.
Are there mosquitos at the ranch?
Fortunatelly mosquitos are not a problem during the day but if you are very sensitive to them we suggest to bring a repelent, just in case.
Is the food safe for all people?
We have very high standards on the way we manage and process food. It is not spicy or salty, and clients finds it delicious.
What is the best day to go?
Weekends tend to be very busy with locals while weekdays are more relaxing. Our suggestions are thrudays and fridays. We are open all year round.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
There is no charge for changes, although they are subject to availability. Full refund for cancellations received 72 hours prior the tour minus $15 USD cancellation fee per reservation (not per person). No show no refund.
