Property Description

Located at Gaviotas neighborhood in the Golden Zone, 1 ½ blocks from the beach. Gaviotas is a very quiet and safe area. The condo has a balcony that faces the street with  access from the living room and the main bedroom.  Supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, buses are all within walkable distance from the condo.
The condo is located on the second floor of the building. It  was totally renovated  on 2008.
It has a queen-size bed on one bedroom and two full size beds on the other one.
