Pitching
A long-distance form of flipping, pitching is done by swinging the lure low to the water while line pulls off the reel.
Tackle
A jig or Texas rigged plastic, heavy (17- to 30-pound-test) line, and a strong 7- to 8-foot rod.
When/Where to Use
Primarily heavy cover (wood, grass or docks) in fairly off-colored to clear water. |
