Each villa has roughly 1750 to 1,940 square feet of living space and 500 square feet for a private terrace and garden. The common area is 11,850 square feet, including gardens, swimming pool, lounge chairs and palapas. Views from all bedrooms and living rooms are to the interior gardens and swimming pool. No noise from the street. Designed and constructed by Benny Gonzaled, a noted architect from Phoenix , Gonzalez, created an air of tranquility and relaxation for families in the most touristy part of Mazatlan. Location: Villa Serena is located across from Hotel Playa Mazatlan and Hotel Los Sabalos on one side and Hotel DGala on the other side, right in the heart of Mazatlan´s Golden Zone, a safe part of town surrounded by hotels, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, movie theaters, bars and discos, where everything is within walking distance. And of course, the beach is just across the street! The Malecon, the beach front side walk is 5 minutes walk from the villas.
